PCBA Quality Control Process

• AOI Inspection (No-Load Testing)
• Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) on every piece (pcs) after PCBA is completed.
• 1st Inspection — Functional No-Load Test
• Manual unit inspection without load, tested piece by piece (pcs by pcs).
• QC Step Added — ICT (In-Circuit Test) or Manual Electrical Parameter Verification
• Perform In-Circuit Test (ICT) or manual probing of key components.
• 2nd Inspection — Full Load Test
• Under-load functional testing, carried out pcs by pcs.
• 30-Minute Burn-In Life-Cycle Test
• Tests stability, reliability, and checks for early failures.
• Final Functional Inspection — Sampling Check
• Conducted based on MIL-STD-105A sampling procedure.
• Ensures overall lot consistency and conformity to performance specs.
