12V10A IP20 DC to DC Multi-phase Dump Trailer Battery Charger
Battery type: Lead Acid, AGM/Gel, Calcium, and LiON. Numerous protections, 6-Phase charging cycles: Initial, Recondition, Bulk, Absorption, Check, Maintenance. IP 20 class, no glue. Aluminium housing.
1. Qualification(Initial Phase): Check if the battery is in a good condition, charging will not begin if a battery is below 1.5V.
2. Recondition: Work up the battery at a slightly higer voltage and amperage to reactivate the battery cells to improve the depth of charge.
3. Bulk: Works the battery thourgh the pulse, gives the battery a constant current bring it up to 80% of the battery's capacaity.
4. Absorption: Gives the battery a gradually rising voltage while the current relatively reduces until its fully charged.
5. Full and Analysis (Check): Battery will be checked again to ensure it is properly functioning to be used or not.
6. Maintenance: Keeps the voltage of the battery under control.
